1 small hint of cayenne pepper or chili (we also recommend a bit of cumin if u like its taste)
1 – 2 tbs of coconut oil
Chickpea flour is absolutely our favorite gluten free flour. You can make so many delicious things from it, starting from a vegan omelet, biscuits & cookies and so on. Today we brought you a basically one ingredient recipe.
First we need to mix the all the dry ingredients.
Than we add the coconut oil
Than slowly we start to add water to the flour mix, while we constantly mix it with our hands until we get pretty firm dough.
Than we put the dough between 2 baking paper and we go over it several times with a rolling pin until its thin enough to eat it as a tortilla
We preheat the oven over 180 degree and we bake it inside for 15-20 minutes. Its ready once the edges get brown. When we take them out from the oven it can seem still a bit soft but as soon as they cool down they will be perfectly crunchy. It is certainly so far the tastiest tortilla we ever tried, especially if we dip it into the Hideg Nyalat Nacho sauce.
